		<description>On Linux you can use VMware Player with the -h option to connect to remote VM&#039;s consoles, i.e. vmplayer -h .  If you are not so keen to install the whole VMware Player as root you can install a stripped down version of it just for the remote console capabilities as discribed here: http://dmitry.khlebnikov.net/2010/11/howto-vmware-player-as-remote-console.html</description>

		<description>The other thing to check if you are using the Ubuntu version is your plugins. Disabling some plugins fixes errors or so the vmware forums say.</description>
